Hi and welcome to the Forum!

This is unfortunately not possible. You will have to create a new fine-tuned model with gpt-4o as the base model. Currently only gpt-4o-2024-08-06 can be fine-tuned; alternatively you can also fine-tune gpt-4o-mini-2024-07-18.
