I have a chat in my list that I don’t recognise. It is a single message to generate an image with Dall-e. Has anyone experienced something like this? Did wires crossed somewhere last night?
If you haven’t cleared the conversation yet, ask the AI why that line is there.

There could be a variety of reasons for that like sharing account, compromised account, malicious browser extension, maybe someone used your device without you knowing about it.
The best way is to flag this is to message support at help.openai.com

I would first check chat’s customization text to figure out if the chat was started under your account. As far i know all chats inherit the customization active at account level in the moment the chat was initiated
