I got the email today that I have access to the plugins and truly they are there in ChatGPT. I installed a few to test them out and I selected them and tried to interact but the chat can’t seemed to use them. It can seem to understand that there is a plugin selected but it keeps telling me it cannot access it because it doesn’t know anything beyond September of 2021.

What am I missing?

I just got access today as well and I’m having the same issue. It seems to be something on their end.

I just logged out from chatGPT and logged back in right now and it’s working

I was just about to say that. It’s working for me now. Logging out helped.
