I’m facing a bug that my development ChatGPT plugin is stuck in “Installed” tab.
You can see in the screenshot, although the plugin is not installed, it is somehow in “Installed” tab.
I tried install and uninstall it, but when I reload the page, it appears again. I’m not sure if anyone else facing similar bugs or it’s just me, I tried to contact OpenAI on X but didn’t get any replies. 
I think I got this issue when I (accidentally) installed 2 different development/unverified plugins that have different URLs but same name_for_model.
Context: I’m developing a ChatGPT plugin and those development/unverified plugins are mine.
