I feel defrauded by OpenAI

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I am receiving from the GPT-1 Pro plan, which I am paying for at a monthly cost of €200. Despite this substantial payment, I am only able to receive 3-5 useful responses per day with normal reasoning. The rest of the time, the answers I get are either irrelevant or utterly nonsensical.

Furthermore, I find it concerning that there is no visible “Request for Pro Mode” option, which leads me to believe that my access may, in fact, be limited in the background despite paying for unlimited access. This is highly problematic, as I have paid for a service that is supposed to offer me unrestricted access, not one where the program is intentionally throttled.

I consider this to be not only a violation of the terms of service but also potentially fraudulent behavior. I expect an immediate and thorough explanation for these discrepancies. I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and provide the clarity and solution that I am entitled to.

Additionally, I urge any other users who are experiencing similar issues to come forward and voice their complaints as well, so that OpenAI can address these concerns transparently.
