I don´t have access to custom instructions

Hello, I am a paying user and I don’t have access to the custom instructions functionality.
On the support page its clearly stated that all paying user should have it in their beta settings, but I don’t :

I have tried logging out and in again, clearing cache and using Firefox and Chrome.

I had access to it just days ago but now it disappeared.

I figured out my issue. It had to do with my geolocation.

How? This functionality is geo locked ? Which country worked?
