I cant use plus even though I paid for it. I am confused what I am paying for

I was using the free chat gpt. I received a notice that I sent too many requests in an hour so I upgraded to plus. I paid $20 and still got the message that I need to wait to send requests. I am not sure what I am paying for, if i need to wait an hour to use it. I thought plus would fix this and that’s why I subscribed. I would like a refund please. I paid to use this service and now I cannot use it. This is not fair for a paying customer.

Is there a different subscription that will allow me to send more requests?

Have the same issue, did you find any solution? I log out from the website, and now I can not log in again, even when I am paid, the customer.

Same here. Basically all the plus features you’re supposed to get when paying are unavailable
