I can't store chat completion

The solution provided at

does not work for me. I have reached out to support at support@openai.com, but to no avail. I hope the OpenAI team can thoroughly investigate this issue!

The problem started occurring after December 27, 2024, Pacific Time. I successfully saved a chat completion as recently as December 20.

Same here. For us, it stopped on December 26th.

They’ve fixed it and deployed an additional patch

Same like many people say they got it fixed but my chat completions are not being stored even if I specify to store them using store=True
