I can't send message in ChatGPT webpage

It works fine for hours today but suddenly I can not send message. The send button keeps spinning, but the content is not sent.

I am using Win11. The problem first appeared on Chrome but the same thing happens on Edge. I’ve tried clearing Cookies, changing language to Auto on my android app(it seems there is no language option on the bottom left at the website) and restarting my laptop, but nothing works.

Everything is normal on the Android app. I can still ask questions there. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

It’s really weird. The website seems working fine now, but I basically did nothing for a while before I posted this topic.

If anyone meets the same problem and no method I mentioned works, perhaps you could try waiting an hour.

Been having the same issue for 2 weeks now… Did all the language/cookies/cache stuff but still nada on web browser. Works just fine on app. cancelled my sub.
