I cant login even as a Plug Member

I subscribe to Chat GPT a week ago. Now I receive this message Chat GPT is at its capacity, then there is a section to enter email to get a link to log in for Plus Member. I click the link that was sent to my email, and still cant log in, getting the same GPT at its capacity.

What is thiS?!!?
