# I cannot attach any documents

When I use ChatGPT 4.0 via the mobile app on my phone, everything works normally, and I can easily attach any document. However, when I use ChatGPT 4.0 through a web browser on my computer, I cannot attach any documents. I’ve tried with various browsers, but it simply doesn’t work. It’s important to note that I used to be able to use this service without any problems, but now it just doesn’t function.
