I built a local tool to move long AI projects into a new chat. What should I do with it now?

I work on very long projects with ChatGPT and at some point every conversation becomes difficult to continue. The biggest problem for me was never losing the chat itself. It was losing all the small things inside it: decisions, filenames, failed attempts, fixed bugs and the exact point where the work stopped. So I built a local Windows too l called Ai Checkpoint Pro.

It loads a rescued chat as text, d etects the different projects inside it and separates the information into editable blocks. I can rename projects, change their status, merge or split them, move blocks between projects and then export either one project checkpoint, a rescue file for a new AI instance, a reusable reference or several projects as a ZIP.

It also has autosave and Quick Resume, so the current workspace can be closed and continued later. Everything runs locally. It does not need an API, cloud storage or a subscription.

The application is working, but it has not been p ublicly released yet. I am still improving the workflow and ho nestly I am not sure what the smartest next step would be.

Should I simplify it before letting other people test it? Would a limited test version make sense? Or is this something that would be better handled with a distribution or licensing partner?I would es pecially like to hear from people who work on projects that continue across many chats. How are you curren tly handling that? The screenshot shows the tool analyzing one of my own multi-project rescue files.
