Did you try log out from all your devices.
First try to log out one by one all devices, then from your main ChatGPT on the browser:
Settings → Security → log out all
Logging out from all devices process may take 30 minutes behind the scene.
Then clean your browser’s cache, history, cookies, and log in.
If it does not work, go to https://help.openai.com/en/ and contact with OpenAI support team.
