I am going through a dispute with OpenAI over unfair account blocking. please help me

I am a Korean user who posted last time that my account was unfairly blocked due to a ChatGPT error.

I disputed and appealed several times through the Help Center and email that my account was unfairly blocked due to an entirely unintentional violation of the usage policy caused by an error in ChatGPT.

But, they haven’t listened to me at all and are only reversing their stance that they will not reconsider deactivating my account.

Therefore, I am now considering seeking help from a dispute resolution service, legal advice or consumer protection agency. But as a non-US citizen, I have no idea what to do or how to solve this problem.

Please can someone help me?
