It’s already day 2 - confirmed ChatGPT Team payment made. But till now we can only use ChatGPT 3.5. What’s wrong?

Solved it. Just log out and log in again then it’s GPT4. No problem.

I already paid and upgraded to ChatGPT Team. But cannot access ChatGPT Team just can access chatgpt plus.

this is ridiculous. I’ve logged in and out… i’ve cleared cache/cookies. i’ve done everything I’ve supposed to do. i gave them screen shot of my payment as week ago. i used it first day and now no one has heard of me? I feel like i’ve been majorly ripped off. “i can’t find your account.” sure. . but you found a way to tke my money. . Got it! what a rip off

and for GODS SAKE. do not tell me to log in and out. DO NOT tell me to clear cache and cookies. DO NOT TELL ME to restart my computer. .i’ve done al lthat like 20 times. what the h… is going on?

This is the exact thing happening to me did they ever resolve it ?
same issue here. mine i only used it for a week and was logged out from the upgrade. please is there a solution to this please. i tried login out to log in but its not working.

Same for me, paid and do not get to use it. I did all of the same suggestions and it always goes to unpaid version.
