Chat-GPT will not write a 10,000 words answer at this stage. Even if it could, the reply will be truncated several times.
I would suggest the following:

  1. Ask Chat-GPT to make a detailed plan for the article.

  2. Then ask Chat-GPT for an introduction to this plan.

  3. Then a conclusion to this plan.

  4. Then take each sub-section and ask Chat-GPT to generate a detailed answer to it.
    => Here, a good trick is to start the prompt by saying something like "You are a professor in %your topic%. Write a detailed explanation about %your section%'.
    This way the answer will be richer and better written.

  5. Review everything, correct grammar (ex: with Grammarly - I am not affiliated, I just like it)

Once OpenAI releases it Chat-GPT API, the above can be coded quite rapidly (instead of copy-pasting). Still, I hope the above helps.

I was looking for the same and after long research, I found a video on YouTube that proved to be helpful for doing very long researches on ChatGPT. It covers the same topic and provides step-by-step instructions on how to do it. He explains a very quick method to generate long responses very easily.
