How to Request a Refund for the $200/month Plan?

Hi everyone,

I’m a student from Taiwan, and honestly, I’m struggling financially. I’m in desperate need of access to the O1 Pro model, which is why I subscribed to the $200/month plan. As a student, this is a huge sacrifice for me, and I was really excited about the potential of the model to help with my academic work.

However, I’ve run into some serious issues that have left me feeling completely hopeless. Sometimes, the model appears to be silently switched to something much less powerful. There are no progress bars, and it gives answers in just a second, clearly indicating that it’s not the intended O1 model. It’s become almost impossible for me to rely on it for my work, which is really discouraging given the financial commitment I made.

I’ve posted several times on this forum hoping to find some resolution, but unfortunately, my posts have been deleted. I’m not sure why that is, but it only adds to my frustration. I’m really under a lot of pressure academically, and I’m already struggling financially, so this situation has made things even worse.

At this point, I’m not sure what to do. The model I paid for isn’t what I’m getting, and getting in touch with OpenAI employees seems almost impossible. I’ve already exhausted all options, and I’m just feeling lost.

I’m really hoping that either the model can be consistently switched back to what I paid for, or that I can get a refund for my subscription. If there’s anyone here who knows how to escalate this or contact OpenAI directly, I would be incredibly grateful. I’m even considering trying to reach out to OpenAI employees via LinkedIn, but I’m not sure if that will help either.

Please, I’m really just asking for a fair resolution. This situation has been so disheartening, and I don’t know how much longer I can keep going like this.

Thank you so much for reading, and I hope someone here might be able to help or offer some advice.
