How to recover my ChatGPT history?

I mistakenly delete my ChatGPT history using clear conversions link. I tried to use bot of help center but i was not able to enter any message to the bot. How to recover my ChatGPT history? Does the support@openapi.com email run for the problems?

hi, did you receive support? I have the same problem. I accidentally click in clear all history.

Your history is gone, there is no means of recovery.
