Hi,

It seems by default, ChatGPT4 will use the “Final Answer/Explanation” format to answer every questions I asked.

Whenever I start a new chat session and ask a new question, it will answer in that format. Unless I told him to “Not use Final Answer/Explanation” format explicitly.

Why? Can I change the default action of ChatGPT?

Maybe put that phrase in your custom instructions section of your user profile - they are highly prioritized and apply to every new chat.
