I’ve been working on this website called lescobil.pk where users can check their LESCO (Lahore Electric Supply Company) bills online, track their consumption history, and get detailed information about their electricity charges. It’s been a pretty interesting project, and we’ve got a solid amount of users now.
But as you might know, maintaining smooth user interaction on a site like this is key. I’ve been thinking about ways to make the process more interactive, personalized, and engaging for the users. That’s where I’m hoping OpenAI’s API can come in to help.

Is it just about setting up the API, or are there certain customization options I should look into? How do I make sure the bot understands the specific terms used in the electricity billing system here in Pakistan?
Also, I’m still figuring out how to handle user data securely. I want to make sure everything is private and doesn’t violate any privacy policies while still offering a great experience.
