How to I prevent ChatGPT summarising, reducing and using placeholders on canvas

I am working on a larger piece of work. I am editing on canvas and using ChatGPT as a research assistant and to critique my work. Chat GPT keeps summarising and reducing my work, including adding placeholders for large sections. I have repeatedly asked chatGPT to leave elements I have written and while it acknowledges and agrees, it keeps reducing, summarising and adding placeholders.

How can I get it to leave large elements of work on a canvas?

Yes. this is absolutely frustarting. It will take a document full of content, then reduce it on the following update:

Section 1
(already completed and formatted)

Section 2
(already completed and formatted)

Or some other reduction of content into a placeholder. The only way to avoid this was to tell it to make a new document for every change, which leads to a bunch of junk documents since you cannot currently delete any canvas documents linked to a chat.

They should let the canvas be editable as HTML and markdown, because the ability to edit it now is basically unusable.

They also need to fix the placeholder insertion issue.

Finally, allow deleting of notes manually.

Overall this product has the potential to be amazing with a few kinks worked out!
