I wonder as an individual developer, how could I reach more users for my custom GPT. I’ve received some emails about other custom GPT. How they get the information of Openai’s users.

OpenAI or any other company will never share users data outside of its organization. It’s more likely that you shared your email with plugin developers or similar product.
