How to give OpenAI a voice

I’m trying to connect OpenAI with a platform called Voiceflow through API. Is anybody familiar with this process? It should be fairly easy.

I would use the same pipeline the DeepFake community uses, they have been doing it for almost a decade. Also you can give a face as well.
