Often, and I do mean often. GPT has been down in the past month. I paid for o1 pro and quite honestly this is not a very great experience so far. So many times it will break, and fail to render, then I have to change to 4o to try to recover and then that too fails. How can I get my money back.
Here’s a Help Center article I found regarding this:

Hi @johnkears
In my opinion;
- First try to solve problem with the method below.
- If it is not working connect with support team on help page.
- If it is not recovered, you may ask a refund.
There are no issues at the moment on OpenAI Status
These types of issues can vary, and there may not be a single solution since the root cause is unclear.
- If you’re using a VPN, please turn it off.
- If you’re connected to public Wi-Fi, disable it.
- Clear your browser’s cache, cookies, and history.
- Disable all plugins or extensions in your browser (e.g., antivirus, malware blockers, ad blockers, etc.).
- Try logging out from all your devices:
Settings → Security → Log out all. This option is available on web apps, but you can also do it on mobile by using a web browser, not mobile ChatGPT app.
- Restart your browser.
- Log back into ChatGPT.
Additionally, you can try using a different browser and follow the same steps above.
If does not solve the problem, contact to OpenAI Help Center and start a chat using widget on bottom-right side of the page with OpenAI support.
1 - Go to ChatGPT and log in with the account you want to use.
2- Go to Help Center and select the Chat widget icon.
