I don’t think openAI has anything currently to create a singing voice. You might want to look around for some that might do just that, this forum is not the right place for your query.
partially echoing @scharleswatson I’m not aware of a way to leverage ChatGPT for vocals. Not currently anyway. If you’re not already aware of stuff like Suno and Udio definitely check them out to see if they might fit into your music production workflow.
I’ll also mention ElevenLabs and Google though their tools aren’t (as far as I’ve seen) publicly available yet. At least with Google’s offering we do know it is part of what they call their Music AI Sandbox. But idk what all you’ll be able to do with the Sandbox or what tools/etc. it will include. But maybe something to be looking out for.
Some currently available software options include: RipXDaw, Synthesizer V, and Vocaloid.
How useful any of these options are going to be will depend a lot on what you’re trying to do and your workflow.
