How to apply to be a part of DALL-E 3 in ChatGPT?

I know there was some way to apply to be a part of the beta for the DALL-E 3 mode for GPT-4, but I do not know how to apply. Does anyone know if there’s a way to apply to join the beta?

There is no application. One must simply wait for it to become available.

I know there used to be one somewhere, I saw people who got in and people talking about it. I guess it was private or got closed or something?
