"How do I request a refund for ChatGPT Plus" article is outdated

The messaging widget, used to supposedly contact support, does not display the options indicated by the article “How do I request a refund for ChatGPT Plus”.

Contact us via our chat widget in the bottom right of your screen, select "Billing" and select "Other -> Just subscribed to ChatGPT Plus and would like a refund". We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Currently when you click it, you see “Home”, “Messages” and “Help”, none of them display the “Other” button, and they all lead to the same place: the same wrong article, in a kind of frustrating endless loop.

It is something somewhat recent, as in the past the options existed and worked.
