I had a demo with open-whsiper transcribe. After the demo, I tried to send a message to openai support inorder to retrieve the audio data or transcription.
At first, I got a reply, which said they are looking into it. Now, I am not hearing anything again after repeatedly sending out emails. Is there anything I can do about it?
Or is there anyone that has been in a similar situation that can advise
The audio/transcriptions and audio/translations endpoints do not store a record of the sent audio data or the transcription that you can later retrieve.
It is a single http API call where you send a body and receive a body. multipart/form-data to JSON (or optional plain-text formats).
You would want to save your own audio files that you are sending if ephemeral (such as mic input), or create complete API call logs yourself if you need a record of inputs or responses.
