How do i contact openai support (A human)

It’s my first time being on this community or using the openai platform for devs, i have a serious issue though, why was i billed for simply registering a payment method and i was never refunded, it’s been a week, i seem to have no way of talking to a human and the bot i can talk to doesn’t seem to have the solution i am looking for

When adding a payment method, it is authorized. $5 is tested to see if it will be approved, and to obtain banking billing info, but it is never charged or completed.

Different banking has different policies for how long they hold the funds in reserve when never actually getting closeout processing of a real charge. There are also cases of international banking or certain card types that simply don’t understand this VISA/MC protocol, and it is the bank treating it like a charge, or some mystery middleman trying to keep money.
