How can the projects feature be improved?

I like the projects feature update, but there are a few flaws with it. I think this conversation might already have been posted, but here is my view.

  1. When I have created a folder with custom instructions. I can’t use any of the thinking models.

  2. I can’t use any of the custom GPTs from the GPT store *Might already been posted.
