I have instructed ChatGPT not to automatically save content to long-term memory unless I confirm it with a prompt, and this setting is also reflected in the Customize ChatGPT section (How would you like ChatGPT to respond?). However, ChatGPT still automatically saves content to long-term memory, which causes me to spend a lot of time and effort deleting unnecessary information, as I only want to save truly important content to memory. This issue is really frustrating, and I believe other users may feel the same way. How can I resolve this issue?
