Does anyone knows how can I make my GPT create an Excel or simmilar as an output of a question. Is it possible? Or I should be doing it with Python apart.
Also do you know if there is any limit on the amount of characters it can respond? If I have credit enough, is there a limit?

No, GPT cannot create files.
Depending on which model and so there are token limits. You can change this yourself, set a max token count for example.
