The article “how do I contact support?” says that there are two ways to contact customer service: either
- go to help.openai.com and use the chatbot; or
- Login and click on “help.”
The chatbot, by default, does not allow free-form typing. It only offers a limited number of choices of topic, none of which are general support.
And if I login to chatGPT, there is no “help” button. There is a question-mark, but it just sends me to help.openai.com.
