days now … multiple networks multiple devices… this sucks

I have the same problem from 2 days. WTF? GPT 4 it works worse week after week… Is there any place where we can contact with somebody to fix this?

So many people are experiencing the same issue…yet status says ok? I am trying to get help, but noticed the only way is talking to a freakin chatbot. Even the chatbot is not responding. Been waiting response for over 24 hours. So frustrating

Yes I had the same problem do you join the alpha chat gpt? in the meantime you can solve the problem by uploading an image first and then you can talk to chatgpt 4 normally.

For anyone on the OpenAI team looking into this issue, I’ve had issues where my ip gets detected as a bot for some reason. Not sure if there’s a service in the http stack that checks for that. Thanks!

Actually, just checked and it looks to be working again. Thanks!

I’m experiencing the same issue and am not able to fix.

Are there any automated tests for ChatGPT? I am not able to use my Pro plan because of this bug. How hard can be to construct a good frontend and backend team that build a good quality software.

Me too having the same issue, for 3 days now, wtf

Having the same issue, 3.5 works GPT-4 not. Same on all devices for 48 hours now.

Just get the same error message, Hmm…something seems to have gone wrong

like i need my money back its been 1 week since i got this error

I have the same issue here, it’s been 3 days.

I am having the same issue and haven’t managed to contact support. OpenAI customer support is TERRIBLE. It’s practically non-existent. I am paying for the Team version by the way.

According to OpenAI’s engineers, this should now have been fixed

I will try with other devices later.

I’m happy to hear that!

We will be closing the topic here as we can confirm that the issue is now fixed.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to help.openai.com if you’re experiencing the same issue. I know the answers from the bot over there may not be entirely helpful, but the issues are tracked & monitored by actual humans

You’re also more than welcome to make a post here on the forum, but keep in mind that this is a developer community forum. There are many issues, like problems that are account or billing related, that we unfortunately cannot solve here. :hugs:
