Hitting GPT-4 Limit in Paid Plus Account

I am getting a GPT-4 usage limit notification in a personal GPT in a paid Plus account. Is this normal, why is this?

Works fine in normal chat, just GPTs aren’t working.

Any way to continue the chat with 3.5?
