First of all, just calm down, it’s not something that important in order to be worried about. Secondly, if you go to your browser history, you will be able to recover all of your conversations just by clicking on their following links. Just like this:

For this example, I will be using the chat “BIOLOGIA”. As you can see, if I click on the link, it will redirect me to the “BIOLOGIA” conversation.

The only thing is that if you have more than one saved conversation, you must repeat this process with each one that you want to access.

PD. If you use the Mozilla browser app in your mobile phone, you won´t have any problem and also you don´t need to do anything that I’ve said previously. At least, it worked for me.

PD2. The site doesn’t allow me to upload more than one screenshot. What I was trying to send is a picture in which I was clicking on the link of my browser history in which the “BIOLOGIA” conversation is shown.

I have tried logging out and in, waiting for a long time, reloading the site, everything and my chat history is still not coming back. I have a whole months work in that

Judging from the API calls it seems that they are renovating their servers. Weird that they don’t post any news to inform us, but hey, maybe it was a surprise decision. It’s happened to before and the conversations did return.

Always a good idea to have a local backup if these conversations are valuable.

Apparent my history doesn’t show up when I opened ChatGPT on my desktop. But everything it’s normal when I open it from my mobile (iPad/iPhone) devices.

Using a private/incognito window solves this for me as does clearing cache.
