I’m sharing a set of observations and proposals regarding the “Projects” feature in ChatGPT. These suggestions come from real professional workflows involving large volumes of conversations, documents, and long-term project tracking.
Main issues today

Slow loading when opening older projects

No metadata view (last opened, number of conversations, size, attachments…)

Navigation becomes slow and breaks the workflow for professional users
