Helping caregivers and high-stress individuals with GPT

Seeking Pathway Into a GPT Health Project —

Nervous-System–Grounded Care, Not Diagnostics

I’m looking for guidance on how to formally engage with or contribute to a GPT-based health project, and I’m posting because I already have a fully formed concept but no clear entry point.
My focus is nervous-system–grounded health support, not diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

The work centers on:

Translating stress physiology into simple, body-based language

Supporting caregivers, high-stress individuals, and medically adjacent populations

Helping people distinguish protective nervous-system responses from pathology

Reducing panic, moral injury, and burnout through grounding, breath, and somatic regulation

Using GPT as a stabilizing, orienting tool, not an authority figure

This is not a wellness influencer idea, not spiritual bypassing, and not AI “therapy.”

It’s practical, conservative, safety-oriented, and designed to reduce harm, not create dependency.

I’m not sure whether the correct path is:
A GPT health pilot
A safety-reviewed applied use case
Collaboration with researchers, clinicians, or builders
Or a formal proposal process I haven’t found yet

If you work in GPT health, applied safety, caregiver health, or human-AI interaction — or if you know where projects like this are routed — I’d appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

I already have:

Clear scope boundaries
Language constraints
Use-case definitions
Ethical guardrails
Lived experience informing the work
What I’m missing is access, not ideas.
Thank you for reading, and for any direction you can offer.
