Need to reset my account playground version not working.

There’s no way to “reset” your account, I believe.

Is there a specific error you’re getting? Will it not load at all?

I can’t search for anything on the phone. Even on the computer, if I say write me an article or something for 1000 words. I only get around 300 to 400 words come back.
