Have no access to plugin and GPT model selector even I subscribed to ChatGPT plus

Hi guys,

I just subscribed to ChatGPT plus, but till now I still have access to neither the model selector nor the plugins. Could anyone advise what went wrong and how to solve these issues? Deeply appreciated for any assistance.

P.S: I am using Chrome on MacOS and tried the “log out/log in again” trick but it doesn’t work. I also accessed GPT from openai.com and still not working.
