What does `/status` in `codex-cli` or [Introducing Codexometer: keep track of remaining quota, session telemetry & model benchmarks!](https://community.openai.com/t/introducing-codexometer-keep-track-of-remaining-quota-session-telemetry-model-benchmarks/1389878) say now?

The 5 hour rate limits have been switched off for the time being so only the most recent (weekly) quota period matters.

There is a separate 5.3 spark quota for sufficiently premium accounts and that can be very useful.
