# Has anyone had ANY luck talking to a live person at OpenAI?

I can’t find a way to contact someone there so I can actually complain and have them explain the problem of ChatGPT becoming worse and worse every day. I’d like to know if they are addressing this matter and what’s the prognosis for the future.

Currently, the only way to contact support is through [help.openai.com](http://help.openai.com). They normally get back to you with in two-four weeks.

Hi @althea_ko

You can use the feedback buttons under the ChatGPT response whenever you believe the response isn’t upto your standard.

On the android and iOS apps, you can tap and hold on the ChatGPT response and get the same menu.
