does someone know how how the naming conventions of the new GPT-Store will work? Meaning: If I create a new GPT will someone else be able to just copy the name and the picture and release it again under his name?
Will OppenAI protect the creators in any way in this regard?

“Can be featured” doesn’t imply any rights to use the store unless it aligns with OpenAI’s goals, and their ability to vet the code and API data.
Can you make a whole bunch of prompt placeholders to stake your claim against others who would write sophisticated applications powered by useful backends? Likely no.
