Hello. I was using gpt3.5 for quite some time, trying to teach it my style of writing but gpt3.5 is too artificial. I decided to upgrade to gpt4 and paid 20 dollars for the service. I was very happy while reading the generated text as it was just what I needed. Unfortunetely the text was not generated in full due to the “network error” on desktop or “Load failed” on android. I have tried many times, but to n o success. There is no “contact” option. I would like my money back becouse the service is not good at all.
