GPT4 abilities and purpose compared to GPT3.5

I would like You all ask, if ChatGPT4 is wasting Your time, too.

I recognize Major update from GPT 3.5, which ignoring definitions and always rewrites data by itselfs.

I found GTP4 unusable from its start like Bing.

If I pay for, I would like have something different wayed like GPT4 which handles governments/investors recommendations instead pure abilities.

What do You think?

Gpt 3.5 and 4 are better then the free ai. 3.5 for writing purposes is almost as good as 4. 4 is limited by the 25 prompts every 3 hours but understands a lot of inferences.
