getting charged “twice” on your cc is normal, since it may be the holding to your card, plus the actual charging. However, I’m the same as you not even getting the link for logging and even had to check at my bank if payment wasnt processed or anything. However, it seems that the problem is that openAI just doent care for client satisfaction.
So even if you play for plus, still get issues with not being able to login “ChatGPT is at capacity right now.” So why are we paying?
I just had an email from the status page saying the service is live again for plus members, but when I try to obtain a link I still have the red error message and no email is received.
Same problem.
The main reason I signed up and paid for the Plus account was to make sure this didn’t happen.
No news? I am betting this is frustrating for them since this service is really young and fits the bill for a whole lot of people.

I am a plus member but can’t log in to my account. At the “At Capacity” page after putting in my registered email I am getting this message on the screen “Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com”
Log in link is not getting sent to my email.
I am having the same issue and getting the same message. And I have a paid subscription.
I cannot login as a PLUS Member either. The “ChatGPT is at capacity right now” page won’t send me the link to login as Plus member. It says “Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”
Hey, I would suggest clearing the browser cache or try a different browser to fix the issues. If that doesn’t work for you, I would suggest troubleshoot chatGPT login with this it’s super helpful!
I can’t also login as PLUS Member. I have this problem for almost 3 hrs now
I just managed to login. It seems to be working again for me. Still no history though.
They took it down JUST TODAY because they are updating the capacity for Chat GPT 4.
They should communicate better with the clients however.
Just to let folks here know, the link for login for plus members is working again. Still no history in the account, but I am sure they are working on it. It really is consistent updates and you have to expect some bumps in the road along the way.
I still can´t get the login on multiple browsers.
btw, on March 14th, OpenAI newsletter about ChatGPT4 said they EXPECTED to face severe constraints.
The service is restored and are back online. You can try to login after 4pm est
I’ve managed to login after yesterdays issues, but now despite being a plus subscriber it’s asking me to sign up and i’ve lost access to GPT 4 which I has a couple of days ago? any ideas?
