GPT PLUS MEMBER - Cannot get Access or Login to Paid Account

I am paying for the subscription and that’s not the service I am expecting

This is happening to me as well. I have a paid membership. 404 on email link bypass.

How am I supposed to work without an AI assistant? I am lost…

Same for me. It was working this morning, but come home now and I cannot login with any browser. I request the plus account link and get a red popup every time saying something went wrong.

I’m also unable to access the service. $20/month should guarantee some level of service, and this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m content to support the company if I’m able to use the software reliably, but if this continues to happen I can’t justify the cost. I suspect I’m not the only customer with this sentiment.

Like… I thought the point of the plus account was so this didn’t happen? I wonder if it is just down accross the board, for everyone.

100% This is the exact issue I’m having. I go to “add [my] email for a personalized login link” under the “ChatGPT Plus subscriber login” on the right-hand side of my screen… and I get the same message/error.

I open a new tab, check my emails: nothing. When I go back to the ‘ChatGPT login’ tab, my email is then greyed out and the “send” icon says “sent” – but nothing has been received.

HOWEVER, I am able to click the standard “notify me when back” email submission for free users and sign up to be notified when it’s not at capacity (historically, though, when I wasn’t a paid user, I still didn’t receive an email).

WHY is it that… when I submit my email as a paid user into the “Notify When We’re Back” option for non-paid users… it doesn’t automatically recognize that I am a paid user and grant me access?! (Things to consider).

Hello ! this is the more wanted program from the beginning of internet, just be happy to pay and have some sort of access or go out of this (you will not because you have tryied it and now you cant do without it). 20$ is nothing, they can also say :“hey there is too much people for our servers let’s go up to 60$/month”…

clear cache and go direct to OpenAI API

getting charged “twice” on your cc is normal, since it may be the holding to your card, plus the actual charging. However, I’m the same as you not even getting the link for logging and even had to check at my bank if payment wasnt processed or anything. However, it seems that the problem is that openAI just doent care for client satisfaction.

So even if you play for plus, still get issues with not being able to login “ChatGPT is at capacity right now.” So why are we paying?

I just had an email from the status page saying the service is live again for plus members, but when I try to obtain a link I still have the red error message and no email is received.

Same problem.
The main reason I signed up and paid for the Plus account was to make sure this didn’t happen.

No news? I am betting this is frustrating for them since this service is really young and fits the bill for a whole lot of people.

There is no prompt in the help centre for this specific issue

I am a plus member but can’t log in to my account. At the “At Capacity” page after putting in my registered email I am getting this message on the screen “Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com

Log in link is not getting sent to my email.
