GPT Plus, Enterprise, Teams, etc. : do any of them support fine tuning?

Hi All

Sorry for a stupid question. I use the APIs

Can we used fine tuning on top of GPT plus/ Enterprise/ Teams etc.? (where i tune on top of trained data that is already there in Gpt-4, for example, and create a custom model for a specific purpose by submitting turn by turn chat, validation data, etc.)

I know i can do it using the APIs.

I assume that if it was available, people can upload a json or an excel file or some structured data that i do when i upload json via the API

I had a look at https://openai.com/api/pricing/ and it seems kind of implicit that fine tuning is only available on the API

Yes, fine-tuning is available only via the API.

You can consider to create a fine-tuned model and then build a custom GPT to invoke it using actions.
