I have been a GPT-Plus customer since 2020. At that time, the tool was extremely useful in texts, with high intelligence capacity. Currently, after 4 years, I am slowly realizing that my income is not what it used to be, despite having forms and sending documents, images, etc. The consideration I make, of course, is that there was a large expansion of users that may have affected the tool. However, I hope that GPT-Plus does not go backwards, such as that it does not present errors when trying to read images photographed from a cell phone, with difficulty in identifying texts in images, processing them, or resolving situations regarding that text. I hope that the tool reaches its maximum potential, improves, bringing progress to its users and humanity. This is my faithful and sincere feedback, from a customer who has been following the tool in Brazil since 2020.

The era in which we live, combined with the factors mentioned, unfortunately reverses the logic behind the tools and their uses, impacting the user who does not even know what is happening behind the scenes about AI.
