I did everything what the article says in the support page, but after more than 10 days I´m still paying the account plus and nothing happend. I don´t know why but my PLUS account dissapear from one day to other.

I’m posting everywhere asking for help because I’ve been trying to contact customer support for a while now, but they haven’t responded to my inquiries. To make matters worse, they continue to charge me for my Plus account despite my attempts to resolve the issue.
